Aamir Khan Sleep 10-12 hours for Dangla Look

Bollywood Mr Perfectionist Aamir Khan told in recent interview that he sleeps 10 to 12 hours for reduce weight and build a body for Dangal’s character.

No diet and workout is an effective until you’ve not take complete sleep. For changing in human body you should give rest to your body and get required result. He added more, for good muscles, only workout it not enough, you should take balance diet and take rest. Aamir Khan categorized body building in three factors, 25% workout, 50% balance diet and he gives remaining 25% to rest.
